At Impact Collective, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of behavior training, education and consultation. Our mission is to empower BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, school professionals and related service providers with the skills they need to thrive in the field, personally and professionally.

Jeanna Roemisch, M.Ed., BCBA

Jeanna Roemisch is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and co-founder of Impact Collective. With extensive experience spanning both clinical and educational settings, Jeanna provides a unique, comprehensive perspective on behavior intervention. She began her career as a Clinical Supervisor for a private ABA firm, specializing in high-quality in-home and clinic-based services. Currently, she serves as a Behavior Specialist for a prominent Southern California school district, where she bridges the gap between clinical best practices and classroom success.
